Upcoming Session: SESSION 1/2025: Birth Story Medicine - Healing the Story with Jenni Jones

In this session we will be exploring the power of the birth story particularly when its a difficult story to tell, to hold, to share …

When we birth our babies we go somewhere … we travel within and once baby is here we must return. Indeed to make a full return is to heal fully postnatally mind, body and spirit. Yet this full return is rare. Many of us leave a part of us behind in birth. Trapped in the story of whatever was too much, too fast, too soon or too painful to process at the time. Birth Story Medicine is a gentle journey, exploring the story. It's a process, a structured and guided conversation and includes the power of story as medicine. Story is powerful, for thousands of years this is how we taught our children, and each other about life, its perils, dangers and delights. Story lands within us like seeds that over time can blossom and grow. Story is medicine that heals us from within. In this session … I’d like to tell you a medicine story.
