In this experiential workshop, Hannah Grace invites participants to meet their breasts and heart energy through the gentle practice of non-agenda self touch. The session begins with grounding the mind, exploring breast anatomy, immune function, and the significance of heart support through the lenses of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the chakra system.

The second part anchors the body in hands-on practice, guided through a slow, intentional journey of touch. Conducted off-camera, each invitation honours personal boundaries and intuitive guidance. This practice becomes an act of self-devotion, cultivating mutual trust, receptivity, and deeper connection with the wisdom of the body.


👤 Speaker Bio

Hannah Grace is a performing artist, embodiment coach, hypnotherapist, inner voice facilitator, menstrual mentor, energy healer, and birth supporter. Her own healing journey began in infancy and has unfolded through many modalities, always returning to the union of body, mind, and spirit.

Passionate about women’s health, Hannah believes a woman truly comes to know her power and purpose when she lives in close communion with her body. Non-agenda self touch has been one of the most transformative healing tools in her own life, and she is deeply passionate about sharing this work with others.

PREPARATIONS BEFORE THE SESSION:


Please ensure for this session that you are in a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed, & where you feel safe to fully let go into experiencing your body. Ensure this place has as strong of connection as possible with your wifi to avoid losing connection mid-practice.


Prepare a comfortable place to sit/lie (a bed is great) where you have blankets & pillows to keep yourself warm & comfortable throughout the session. Wearing slippers or fuzzy socks is suggested to keep the feet warm.


You can bring an oil for massage if you like. This is not required for breast massage, but if it feel supportive, organic coconut or olive oil are great options. Using organic oil is preferred, to avoid chemical absorption into the breasts.


I recommend leaving 30-60 minutes of free time after the workshop for integration & processing. Some great integration methods are: going for a walk, journaling, sleeping/meditating, & artistic expression.
