Upcoming Session: SESSION 2/2026 Trust in Birth : Cultivating coherence, responsibility and love in birth attendence
๐ Description
For Alejandra Dydzinsky, trusting birth is about far more than confidence, it is an inward journey of self-knowledge, coherence, and honesty. In this session, Ale invites us to reflect on what it truly means to inhabit ourselves as birth attendants: to know who we are, to name what is needed, and to offer support from a place of authenticity.
Each family we meet in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is unique, and each of us carries our own way of serving. Ale reminds us that these paths intersect for a reason and that the meeting between a family and a birth attendant is never accidental. Through reflection and shared presence, this spiral explores how we can honour these encounters with responsibility, humility, and love, trusting that what is needed already lives within us.
๐ค Speaker Bio
Alejandra Dydzinsky is a mother, traditional midwife, and woman who has lived birth from the inside out. She freebirthed all five of her children and has spent the past 17 years supporting women and families through conception, birth, and early childhood.
Rooted in the understanding that we are mammals and part of nature, Aleโs work honours the physiological, emotional, and relational dimensions of birth. She believes that how life begins, for both the baby and the family, shapes awareness, connection, and the possibility of genuine bonds for a new humanity. Ale walks the path of midwife, mother, and woman with deep intention, choosing this way of being wholeheartedly and authentically.
