This programme outlines our projected itinerary over the 12 months.

We will meet monthly on the first Thursday of each month from the beginning of March 2023 - beginning of March 2024 (except for the first Thursday in January). Between 11 am - 2pm SAST (GMT+2) to check in, dive deeper into the subjects covered, answer questions and support one another:

**Please note the highlighted Programmes - the material for ‘Birth and Death’ and ‘Sexual Abuse Triggers in Pregnancy, Labour and Birth’ - are potentially triggering and we recommend that you make space for yourself when accessing this content to digest and possibly process it. You may want to make space on a weekend, or take some time away from your family or work to digest, journal, rest.

If you are unable to make a call please note all calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Teachable platform for you to view and listen to within 24 hours of the call. At this stage Ruth only has one birth commitment in August - if this coincides with our scheduled time together the meeting will be moved to the following Thursday at the same time.

New material and modules will be released on the day that we all meet. Teachable should send you an email (if you have opted in for emails) on the day of the release. 

There is a private Telegram group for ongoing check-ins and discussions. Interaction on the Telegram group is optional but we would like to encourage you to use this space to share what you are learning, what inspires you and to evoke discussion.

Zoom call co-pilot: Gérémia is joining us to be part of the journey but also is offering her experience with supporting Michel Odent and Liliana Lammers with their online courses to help drive the ship during our online sessions. So if you are struggling to get onto a call, or need to communicate during a call but don’t want to interrupt the group, she is your person. SBK Elders: I am deeply honoured to have two Silent Birthkeepers from our 2022 Journey joining for another cycle. Welcome back Nicola and Alexa! These two Wise Women are two incredible Birthkeepers in their own right and we are very privileged to have them join us again.
